Cancellation & Refund Policy

We'd rather you played. But plans change, and this is what happens when they do.

Turf and court bookings

• More than 24 hours before the slot: full refund.
• Between 6 and 24 hours before: 50% refund.
• Less than 6 hours before, or no-show: no refund.
• Venue cancels, or the ground is unplayable: full refund, or a free reschedule.

Coaching plans

Sessions already delivered are not refundable. Cancellation before the first session of a new cycle is refundable in full.

Tournament registrations

• Before registrations close: full refund on withdrawal.
• After registrations close: no refund.
• Tournament cancelled or postponed: full refund.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days. You'll get an SMS when the refund is processed.

Disputes

Email support@playeradda.com with your booking ID. We aim to resolve refund disputes within 7 working days.
